Child Care Community Fund (CCCF)

Young Girl Playing
Neighborhood House’s Child Care Community Fund (CCCF) is a research-based program funded by the Oregon Child Care Division through the Child Care Contribution Tax Credit Program. The program works with child care centers and family-based child care providers in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties to address child care quality and affordability. It also provides qualified families using participating providers and centers child care subsidies to help pay for the cost of care.

CCCF’s services include:

  • Enhancement grants for participating family child care sites and centers used to enhance child care environments and practices
  • Child care subsidies for parents who are at 70% or below the Median Family Income for Oregon. Qualifying families pay no more than 10% of their gross income towards child care.

CCCF also offers monthly training for enrolled providers, regular home visits, and networking opportunities among child care providers and center directors and staff. Parents are screened for eligibility through an application process and once qualified, receive a monthly subsidy paid directly to their child care provider.
